QwikLabs is really super wonderfully awesome great to get hands-on practice on Google Cloud and AWS. Very convenient but also a little costly.
This is a list of free QwikLabs codes I?ve been collecting. They are absolutely great. Use them to the hilt. Get lots of practice. Do really well and increase your cloud expertise.
Please let me know if there are new ones or some of these are not working any more. I?ll update it for everyone?s benefit. I don?t know if they all are still valid, but you can try.
Troubleshooting
If you are logged in, the codes won?t apply! Log out first. Then open qwiklabs.com again. You might be still logged in. Log out again. Enter codes only after you?re logged out or they won?t apply.
Almost always, I try out the codes myself before posting them. So if it doesn?t work for you, follow the steps below.
1: Once when I was trying out one of the codes, it didn?t work for me. I contacted qwiklabs and they gave me this workaround.
- If you have already signed in into your Qwiklabs account, log out of it. (I?ve noticed that the Qwiklabs login is a bit stubborn. Even after you log out, if you click the qwiklabs link, it will log you back in automatically. In step 3, ensure that you haven?t been automatically logged back in.)
- Open the given QwikLabs URL in a new incognito window. (Usually in their blog post, they provide a link via which to redeem the codes.)
- Enter the Code and then click on the Submit button. (When you enter this code, ensure that on the top right there are those links for ?Join? and ?Sign In?. If you see that profile pic circle, then cancel it, sign out again and start over.)
- Click on the ?Sign in? button and enter your credentials. (If you click on any other button, then you will not receive [the credits])
- Check the ?Credits and Subscriptions? section of your account.
- You should have received [the credits] after completing the process above.
2: If the code is somewhat old, it?s possible that it has expired. I?ve not found a way for us to figure that out though, other than asking qwiklabs support. (If you figure out that a code has expired, please let me also know in the comments or via LinkedIn or Twitter.)
