Skeet

I had no idea what that meant, I wasn?t familiar with the song and I certainly didn?t know so many male-bodied people were invested in the size of their load because as my friend puts it, ?a dry orgasm just isn?t as fun.? I?m talking about male ejaculate, apparently it?s not enough to just climax, the more copious the cum, the better. For many men, the interest in volume is not based on making babies, as one might think, but purely on the aesthetics and sensation of the release.

Ejaculation is a mind, muscles and juice experience

WebMD explains ejaculation this way:

?When you?re aroused, tubes called the vas deferens squeeze sperm from the testes toward the back of the urethra. The seminal vesicles also release fluid there. The urethra senses the sperm and fluid mixture. Then, at the height of sexual excitement, it sends signals to your spinal cord, which in turn sends signals to the muscles at the base of your penis. These contract powerfully and quickly, every 0.8 seconds. This forces the semen out of the penis as you climax.?

So this means that your health has to be in good condition so that your blood can be pumped to your muscles. The tubing has to be free of infection to create a clear passageway and the signals that link your brain to the rest of the body, your neurology, must be firing and connecting. In general, all systems must be in decent working order to shoot off a strong load, which averages 3.7mL or 74 drops or of a teaspoon.

Q: What?s gray and comes in quarts?

A: Elephants

So let?s say all of the above is in order and you still feel like your load isn?t as large as you would like. Here are some ways that you can make more:

Supplements

THE CUM HOLY GRAIL

This is a recipe I found on the Thunderspot chat group from 2009.

According to the mixologist of the Holy Grail, ?After being on Pygeum for 5 straight weeks now, I leak pre-cum like a damn faucet. This stuff definitely activates the Cowper?s gland.?

Only a handful of jerkers said that they got results but if you are game and into pumping yourself up with supplements here you go.

(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg ? (increases blood flow)

(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg (study found lower zinc intake equals lower volume ? zinc loss with ejaculation

(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg (used as anti inflammatory for BPH, prostate)

(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg

Other suggestions were Maca, Saw Palmetto (one of the top 10 supplements sold in US) and Tongkat Ali, and all seem to be available in combination or as singular supplements on the interweb or at your local healthfood store.

In another article published in 2015, A Urologist?s Guide to Ingredients Found in Top-Selling Nutraceuticals for Men?s Sexual Health, some of the standouts were:

Zinc: May raise testosterone as it is needed to maintain testosterone and stop it from converting to estrogen. Low zinc means low semen volume. The taste of cum is also affected by zinc, if your zinc is low, the taste is not as strong. The chat group recommended 50mg, but too much can cause nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and headaches. And another warning before you go Zinc crazy, too much can also cause a bigger problem by enlarging your prostate. If you really OD on it, it can also lower your immunity, as well as HDL (good cholesterol) and cause a deficiency in iron and copper. And FYI, It?s also the main ingredient in Airborne and Cold-Eeze, around 14mg per sucker.

Horny Goat Weed: Made rats get hard, but there have been no human trials.

Vit B6: May improve erections in diabetic patients when taken with PDE5I (like Viagra).

Thiamine: Needs to be replenished if your alcohol intake is high.

Folate: Deficiency can cause low energy. It can be found in cereal and fortified bread as well as meat ? or you can buy a supplement

Niacin: Can cause vasodilation, make the blood vessels wider, and increase blood flow, however, there haven?t been any studies linking it to sexual function.

Fenugreek: Helps nursing mothers to produce more milk, and one study found men who took fenugreek had increased arousal and muscle strength.

Yohimbe: Considered a ?natural? supplement to help with Erectile Dysfunction, however, there have been no studies comparing it with pharmaceuticals. This can be found at your local bodega, but I don?t recommend you use the corner store as your alternative medicine supplier.

BREAKING HABITS and other ?simple? ways to increase your load:

One study, published in 2015, examined the link between ejaculatory volume and smoking, specifically for infertile couples. Smoking, anything at all, showed lower ejaculation volume. So if you want a geiser, you?ve got to put down the smokes and pipe.

Alcohol reduced zinc levels, which, as mentioned above, then inhibits testosterone levels, and that can lower your load, according to a 1992 study.

Finally, don?t get older, men?s testosterone to estrogen ratio decreases with age, therefore you have less testosterone at 50 than at 30 years old.

BACK TO BASIC ANATOMY:

What else can you do to pump up the volume? You can make sure your prostate is in fine working order ? either by having a professional go digging, (MD, PA, NP or Tantric sex worker) or with the DIY suggestions I have for you below.

Image for post

  1. You can ask a loved one to gently insert a finger into your ass with a ?come here motion? as if they are tickling the belly from the inside. Make sure he or she has well-manicured nails, no jagged edges or visible dirt under the nails. Ideally, one should use a glove for your protection, or at least wash afterward. I would say wash before, but it?s an ass and it?s possibly full of shit.
  2. How do you know you have found it? It is about the size of a walnut and feels as firm as the tip of your nose.
  3. You can ask a friend to peg you, gently of course. This will involve buying a strap-on, a dildo that seems to not be too intimidating and of course lube. There?s always anal sex with a man, keeping it simple and without accoutrement.
  4. Finally, you can explore external prostate massage with a ball of socks, a wooden chair and some lube, all by your lonesome. According to Dr. Charlie Glickman, you grab a firm seated chair, wood is a great material, then a ball of socks (something firm) and some lube. Drop your pants, place the ball of socks on the chair and sit on it. Find the space between the balls and the anus, taint the balls, taint the anus and start to apply pressure and start to jerk off. See what happens.

If there is any pain with any of the above techniques STOP! The sensation might feel ?different? but there should never be pain. Pain means something may not be in correct working order, you need more lube, a fingernail needs to be clipped or something may be going on with your prostate. In which case, you need to pay a visit to your medical practitioner.

Hopefully, there will be no pain and you will find massive amounts of pleasure.

So here?s the bottom line? Don?t smoke, don?t drink too much booze, stay young and for the sake of your jizz juice, eat a balanced diet and get plenty of exercise to keep your heart and circulation pumping, explore your prostate, pop a Zinc lozenge and see what cums of it. And don?t forget to play Sweet Sticky Thing while you play.
