TFTactics and Blitz are by far the best in terms of UI. Blitz falls a little short in features, hints its rank. Facecheck is fully-featured yet lacks great navigation making it less than practical and same with Lolwiz. By far the best overlay is TFTactics, which has advanced features such as showing best comps, seeing best items for individual champs, probability of rolling different champs, and much more.
