Cancel Over Phone
With TransUnion, your second and only other option is to cancel over the phone by calling (855) 681?3196. Here are their hours:
- Mon-Thurs: 8am-midnight EST
- Fri-Sun: 8am-8pm EST
If you go this route, remember to keep a record of your cancellation just in case your membership isn?t properly canceled and you have to contact TransUnion again. Write down the cancellation confirmation number, the date you called in, and the representative?s name and email the information to yourself for future reference.
