Epson users can download an Epson 0x97 fix patch to resolve the 0x97 error. To download a fix patch, follow the steps given below:
Firstly, go to the official site of the 0x97 fix patch.
Download the 0x97 fix patch file. The size of the file of the printer driver is 1 MB.
After downloading, click on the scan button.
Then you need to click on fix.
