Install ElvUI
Go to https://www.tukui.org/download.php?ui=elvui to download ElvUI.
Extract the contents of that zip file to World of Warcraft/Interface/Addons.
Log into World of Warcraft and follow the on screen prompts for ElvUI.
Import My Profile
Simply type in /Elv
Go to profiles, and click Import Profile.
