The Plot is Getting Sicker ... 

You saw Hillary Clinton fail to set up national health insurance.  (Well, if Hillary couldn't do this, it must be really hard.)  In fact, our buddy Michael Moore did a nice job of riling us up with his film Sicko -- comparing what we have here (nothing!) with what they have in Germany, in Sweden, in Cuba, for god's sake!  Where's OUR HEALTH CARE? Americans began to demand.  Well, Brainy Barack will see that we get it ... undoubtedly in the form of Vaccines First.  (See our section on vaccines in "The Rabbit Hole" on this website.  In a nutshell, vaccines are delivery systems for health problems and have never been shown to prevent disease. ... And who is Michael Moore's agent?  None other than Ari Emmanuel, Rahm Emmanuel's brother.  Remember who Rahm Emmanuel is?  Brainy Barack's Chief of Staff.  Oy, vey! you say.  Ze plot is getting sicker!)

Here's an essay to Brainy Barack from a Professor of Family Medicine, titled "Memo to Obama: National Health Insurance the Only Solution." "Let me be direct," he writes.  "The business model of insurance has failed, and we need to rebuild the system on a social insurance model."  Perhaps the "business model" was designed to get out of control, first by way of egregious costs and then by way of stingy and negligent HMOs.  The people were losers both ways.  Now OF COURSE the only solution is one that must be created by the state.

Thus, problem-reaction-solution keeps turning over, each solution becoming a new problem to be solved by the powers that be.
