Progress = Technology?

Michael Moore approves!Michael Moore hailed the Barack Obama presidential victory with a nationwide email screaming "Pinch Me!"  "What will it be like to have a smart president?" he asked.  "Science, banished for eight years, will return.  Imagine supporting our country's greatest minds as they seek to cure illness, discover new forms of energy, and work to save the planet.  I know, pinch me."  Here's where we say, Yeow!  Be careful, people! If you've read any part of our web section "About the Sky," you'll know that "science" means nanotechnology, which means altering biological life so that it is technologically engineered and controlled.  And if that's what Brainy Barack represents, then we're headed for transhumanism, which (loosely translated) means that you and I end up in the E-worker class and the privileged become the E-lites.  All by way of biotech super-science, which is being WELCOMED by the New President, after years of the Old President "fighting it."  (Remember all the screaming about stem cells?)

Poster Boy for "Change"This "Rediscovery of Science" after eight years of "Provincial Evangelical Backwardness" is the Hegelian Dialectic at work.  What's that, you ask?  Also known as Problem-Reaction-Solution, it's the process by which social conditioning introduces change.  Yes, there's that word again -- CHANGE!  Change is the very goal of the Problem-Reaction-Solution formula as it herds the masses into the one-world-government pen.  (Read more about Hegelian Dialectic here.)

So President Obama becomes the Architect of Change, which is the ushering in of the New World Order, or one-world government.  We will be singing the anthem of Change! as we are instructed that "for the good of the world" we must adopt this resolution, abide by these laws, regulate our use of this or that.  Our lives will be re-made for us by propaganda and the State -- all in the name of Change!  And it will all be Progress -- for good -- because the Earth is at stake, there isn't enough food, or water, or fossil fuel.  Progress will be represented by the newest technologies, leading people to think that the best is being provided for their survival.  Thus, the masses will WILLINGLY participate in their own technological engineering.  Sound spooky yet?
